How many flags fit on a flagmate
Each split ring can hold 32 flags. Any more than that and you can add on a large split ring that can hold 50 flags.

We understand that there are a few countries that you may have visited and not available on our flag list at the moment. Don’t worry though, we are adding new flags each month! If there is a specific flag that you would require, please do send us an email at hello@storytellertravel.co.uk and let us know which flag you would love for us to add next!

Our Flags and FlagMates are hand crafted individually with lots of love, it usually takes us about 1-3 business days to create your unique order. As soon as it's ready and shipped, we'll be sure to notify you via email with a tracking number and shipping confirmation.
If you would like your order sooner, please place your order with Priority Shipping, and we will rush process the crafting your order (will skip to the front of the line) and send it out with Priority
Class Shipping (1 to 3 business days delivery). Orders with engraving could ship out longer than non-custom orders but we'll do our best to ship them out as soon as possible!

We have a hassle free policy for all valid products (excludes personalisation) within 30 days of receipt.
Product must be in new and sellable condition with all original packaging.

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs back to Storyteller (for both returns and exchanges, unless there was a mistake with your order).
If something is wrong with your order, please let us know and we will resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.
