If you are a Storyteller fan and you’ve been following us for a while, you know we’re about much more than just travel. We are about building memories, and smiles as you capture all your adventures. As we have created our new collections to help you capture lifes special memories, we thought it would be a perfect time to launch our slight re-brand and brand new website!
You can continue to expect the same great results and same great products you know and love. The only difference is everything has had a good refresh.

As long as your item is in stock our team will start to prepare your order immediately and you will only have a limited window to amend or cancel your order.

o Change your delivery address

We will confirm if your request has been successful straight away.

Yes- FlagMate is one of the most unique personalised gifts available. It lets individuals capture special memories from their life, travels and adventures personalising using our Chapter Tokens. It is particularly popular as a birthday, Christmas, valentines gift.
How does personalisation work?

Please use up to 40 characters over 3 lines to personalise your flags. Simply add the text in the engraving section and we will take it from there!

Can I refund or exchange my purchase?
To exchange your purchase, you will need to e-mail and advise us within 7 days of the purchase. We will then provide instructions as to how to send the product to us.
Unfortunately, as all engraved orders are custom made, they cannot be refunded/exchanged. For refunds, you will have 30 days from time of your order to contact us for a refund and we will take you through the returns process.

Although we have a large range of countries available, we do not have every country at the world at the moment. We are however adding new countries each month, so please bear with us while we expand our Flags to cover every country in the world!
Need a specific country? Drop us an email and we will try and give you a timescale of when we are likely to add this!

Cleaning the FlagMate and Chapter Tokens
To clean your beautiful new items, just use a clean damp cloth to wipe the surface ensuring not to soak the faux leather.
Make sure to avoid using soap or solvents.
Avoid any contact with abrasive surfaces
Keep the piece away from direct sunlight and exposure to heat to maintain the colour
Avoid contact with toiletries, cosmetics and sun creams and try to keep the faux leather dry.

Here’s how to use your voucher
- Pick your products from our online store.
- Go to your shopping bag and then check out
- Scroll to the bottom of your order summary page where it states ‘Coupon code’.
- Type your voucher code into the field and hit ‘Apply’.

We ship to most countries around the world however there are certain countries we don’t ship to Russia and Brazil being the two largest that we don’t.
Please note that there may be some taxes and customs charges applied upon delivery.
