Log in to your Storyteller account and you will see your points balance at the top of the page. You can then redeem them at the checkout.
How long does it take to receive the points from my purchase?

Points take up to 14 days to be added to your account, so these points will be available to redeem after that period. If you
have any questions, please reach out to our Customer Connection Team.

Tier points last 12 months, to maintain your tier you must maintain the yearly spend with us to stay in your tier.

Do my points expire?
Your points expire after 12 months if left un-redeemed. Once you redeem your points, a code will appear to be used.

You’ll get an email that your free birthday gift is waiting in your Rewards Wallet; you can also see your reward by logging in to your Dashboard.
Your free birthday gift will automatically be added to your reward Wallet.
Please also note that to receive the free birthday gift you must tell us your birth month by completing your profile.
